Weather you are planning a one day meeting or more, Mountain Gap Resort has all you need to host your conference requirements. Our meeting rooms over look the beautiful Annapolis Basin and the world-famous scallop and lobster fleet of Digby.

We have 3 options for you to choose from:

Option A:

One day meeting includes:

2 nutrition breaks
1 lunch
30.00 per delegate

Option B:

One day meeting includes:
Meeting Room with 1 flip chart with paper and markers, TV 100.00
2 nutrition breaks
1 lunch
1 dinner
60.00 per delegate

Option C:

Over Night meeting includes:
1 room double occupancy standard room(2 persons)
Meeting Room with 1 flip chart with paper and markers , TV (complementary 1 day)
4 nutrition breaks (2 persons)
2 breakfast
2 lunch
2 dinner
Add a glass of house red or white wine for 7.00 per person

3. Grilled Haddock, 2 vegetables, roasted potatoes, rolls, dessert, coffee/tea
4. Grilled Chicken Breast with mushroom sauce ,2 vegetables, wild rice, rolls, dessert, coffee/tea
5. Stuffed Pork Loin, 2 vegetables, garlic and cheese mashed potatoes, dessert, rolls, coffee/tea

All dinners come with soup, main course and dessert.
Add a glass of house red or white for 8.00 per person or 40.00 per liter.

I have included a complete list of our catering meals for you to look over should you wish to add or adjust your package.
Should you wish to have a fridge of cold drinks in your meeting room 2.50 per person.
